This is a great list and I agree with almost every title being in this list. But I would throw Rayman: Raving Rabbids out. It's just a barely OK party game.
I researched for more top games of 2006 and thought "Where the hell is Star Wars: Empire at War?!" I'm amazed you didn't put it up here.
The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth II is a serious miss, man.
Other good games include the PC version of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (PC version is different to console versions), Just Cause, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance (OMG, seriously?), TOCA Race Driver 3 (I think you dislike fairly serious racing sims, whatever), Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy (*groans), Prey (2006), GTR 2 – FIA GT Racing Game, Microsoft Flight Simulator X (Wow, wow, wow. You hate all serious sims, yeah?), OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast, The Ship, DEFCON, and Hearts of Iron II: Doomsday (Stand-alone expansion). Yeah?
I would put Okami far behind in the bottom 10. The controls are kinda tedious, plus it looks fairly ugly. There are many better games behind it in your list that I like better.
Company of Heroes, Medieval II: Total War, and Hitman 4: Blood Money should be in the top 10, come on.
I would move Call of Juarez, Okami, Gothic 3, and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic into the bottom 10 or even out of it entirely.

Where's GTA Vice city stories
Облива вообще знатная игра. В свое время она у меня тормозила – мое почтение. В 2019г взял ее себе на PS3 и прошел с удовольствием на английском и без модов от школьников. Это было прекрасно, правда Kings Of The Nine интереснее основного сюжета.

At the moment with Total War:Medieval 2 for some reason there are sounds of shooting from firearms. With Okami is the same.
Saints Row, GTA Vice City Stories, Bully, Scarface, and The Godfather for me.
Я еще заметил что я переигриваю в Скайрим больше чем в Обливион. Удивляться тут нечему.
