  4. yes i need an in depth video of you workout switch. i've always don cardio in the beginning of a workout too and i feel what you mean on how your not always lifting as best as you can bcause youre tired from cardio. i wanna know is it more beneficial, or is the same amount of fat being burned. and on a leg day do you find it harder to do cardio after lift and squatting because your legs are tired?
